Derrew is a lovely modern house ideally located in the village while enjoying views of the countryside. It is situated behind the owner's house and has the convenience of being in the village, without overlooking the street. Take advantage of the scenic view of its large back garden while being only a minutes walk to the nearby pubs, restaurants and shops.
The Kitchen
The newly re-fitted kitchen has french doors which lead to a patio complete with wooden garden furniture overlooking the large back garden. It has all modern conveniences including: washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
The Back Garden
The comfortable sitting room has an open fire and television.
The Sitting Room
The house sleeps 6/7 in its 2 double rooms, situated on the ground floor, and 3 singles upstairs.
Double Room
There is a full bathroom with shower & bath downstairs while upstairs has an additional bathroom with shower stall. A hair dryer is provided.
Single Room
Linen, towels and fuel are all supplied and off-street parking is available for up to three cars. A boat is available for rent if required. Barbecue available on request.
