Enjoy private walks through owners farm and nice quiet walks to the lake and 15th century castle. Connemara, with its rugged beauty, mountains, rivers, lakes and unspoilt beaches all from the doorstep. The village of Oughterard, with its pubs, restaurants and shops is easily reached, as is Galway city, 15 miles.
The area offers an 18-hole golf course, indoor heated swimming pool, pony trekking, mountain walks, boat trips to Ashford Castle, Aran Islands, traditional music, gaelic sport and bike and boat hire. Shops and restaurant 3 miles, pubs 2.5 miles.
