Shipping Policy
We endeavour to ship all items within 3 days of confirmed payment being received, unless otherwise stated. Some items are custom made or artistic pieces may need added time to be produced- these items are clearly marked. We will confirm your order with you and advise you on when to expect delivery.
All items are shipped regular An Post (Postal Delivery) and items under €20 are not covered by insurance or traceable. Items priced over €20 have the option to select insured shipping. If regular post is selected for those items, instead of insured, loss or damage to products in shipping is no longer the responsibility of Oughterard Tourism.com.
Because our products are sourced from different Shops & Artisits, some items may be delivered to you separately.
